I’m a Senior Software Engineer with over a decade of professional Unity experience, currently focused on building thoughtful, systems-driven games that balance technical challenge with creative expression.
At Blue Marble Health Co., I’ve been the lead programmer on several multi-platform health games that blend research-backed mechanics with accessible game design. I’ve also expanded into full-stack web development, rebuilding and extending the company’s internal dashboards and public-facing sites—proving that I can pick up new tech stacks and ship robust features under real-world constraints.
Outside of work, I explore personal projects that push my creativity and expand my technical range. I’m currently developing L.A. Shortcut, a genre-blending puzzle/racing game in Unity. I’m also learning other engines: building a historically-based MetroidVania-style game using NESMaker, and beginning to explore Unreal Engine through small experiments.
Throughout my career, I’ve taken on a wide range of responsibilities—from building gameplay systems and UI, to creating internal automation tools that streamline development workflows. I’ve worked extensively with multi-platform deployment pipelines, and have integrated a variety of external sensors into Unity-based applications. I thrive in environments where technical versatility and self-direction are key.
I graduated from UC Santa Cruz with a degree in Computer Science: Game Design, and believe good engineering and good design go hand-in-hand. I’m always looking for collaborators who care about both.
